Briefly had several (used/refurbished) bring your own devices at school for the children. Called a few places , same answer bring them in we'll look them for $100 plus. Problem was they were at school and I needed them back no matter what. Called Norm arranged a day and time AFTER school for HIM TO COME TO ME! Kept me informed as to if he was on time (he was!). Had them all up and humming in "no time flat" and at a fair (lower than quoted generally) price, but not some ridiculously low amount. He even had the courtesy to check the next day (AFTER they had had a night of playing games and watching youtube , and a full days school )to make sure everything was still going well!
