There's no call-out fee or travel surcharge for Brisbane southside or Logan suburbs but simply flat-rate prices based on the time I spend working on your computer, plus of course the cost of any additional hardware or software that might be required. For Ipswich and Redlands suburbs there's a $30 travel surcharge.

My minimum charge provides you with a one hour time period and, if the work is completed within this timeframe, I'll be available to deal with any other issues you may have in order to give you full value for money. The charge for this one hour period is $120 and for residential customers GST is already included in the price. This rate compares favourably with other Brisbane computer repair and IT support businesses.

I'll make sure you understand the potential cost of your job upfront, based on our initial discussion about what you need, before arranging to come. If you wish you can observe as I get to the bottom of your issue and I'll keep you informed about everything I'm doing. I can guarantee you a speedy, friendly and efficient service and aim to leave you more than satisfied with the outcome, whether it's a computer repair or any of the other services I offer.

If the job requires more than an hour, the charge is just $30 for each additional quarter hour (or part thereof) spent working on your issue. Once again GST is included in this price for residential customers.

I can receive payment using bank card, credit card, bank transfer, cash or PayPal.

The following surcharges apply for jobs undertaken outside my usual area or outside my normal working hours -

  • $60 surcharge to service any suburb not listed on my Suburbs page or in the Brisbane Central Traffic Area

  • $60 surcharge for any weekday job required to start later than 5pm

  • $90 surcharge for any weekday job required to start at 8pm or later, or for service provided at the weekend or on a public holiday
